£20 Cash refundable deposit will be required on delivery for ball pool hire. All Play balls must be re-bagged by the hirer, ready for our collection at the agreed time and then money will be refunded back.
CLEAN EQUIPMENT: At First Class Leisure we pride ourselves in providing clean equipment, this is very important to us, so on every delivery, all items are cleaned by our staff, so all ready to use for your event.

We are unable to show every single price variation on our website because we deliver to lots of delivery areas and offer so many different types of equipment. Prices are charged per area, based on distance, event times, venue access details and the exact equipment required. ALL delivery and collection times are estimate only and are not guaranteed until we have checked your booking details and then allocated a delivery time and collection time to your booking order This normally takes us 24-48 hours but sometimes may be longer in our busier periods. We will always try our best to allocate your times required or offer an alternative.
Post Code Areas and charges: Our website will give you a price to deliver to a post code area, prices vary on distance. The further we travel, the more the hire will cost, to cover staff, time, fuel, and cover the distance for 4 ways travel. Post codes are area charges and not delivery charges.
Event times and charges: Collections or deliveries after 5pm are charged more (see later collection options). Later collection charges are not delivery charges, they will be the event charge to cover the late event requirements, our day hire prices will always be cheaper.
We check all bookings, amend any booking and apply missed charges. The website questions should be answered to suit all your event requirements and it is your responsibility to ensure all options are correct at the time of booking. Booking fees will not be refunded if options are missed to avoid paying extra surcharges.
Not paying the booking fee will cause delays and wasted time, this could result in your order being cancelled, delivery and/or collection times not being allocated.
IMPORTANT OUTSIDE HIRE COLD WINTER MONTHS - UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT HIRE BOUNCY CASTLES OUTSIDE FROM 1st NOVEMBER TO 1st MARCH - THIS IS TO KEEP OUR EQUIPMENT CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. IF YOU DO REQUIRE HIRE IN THESE MONTHS THEN YOU WILL NEED TO ARRANGE AN INDOOR VENUE OR HALL TO HIRE FROM OUR COMPANY. INDOOR HALLS AND FUNCTION ROOMS WILL BE WARMER AND HELP TO KEEP OUR EQUIPMENT IN THE BEST CONDITION.
