First Class Leisure Party Event Marquees are suitable for all events and occasions all year round, at affordable prices. We deliver and set-up, so all you need to do is enjoy your event. Set-up times vary, but on average a standard garden marquee package takes around 1-2 hours.

Marquees are ideal for lots of events and occasions: Traditional garden parties, afternoon tea, family celebrations, naming days, weddings, children's parties, 1st birthdays, fun days, social events, rain shelters, corporate fun days, anniversaries, promotions, exhibitions, trade shows, wakes, baby showers, christenings, community days, church events, first aid bases, rain shelters, schools fayres, fetes, social events, sports clubs, tournaments, room extensions, buffet rooms, play or games rooms, teenage parties, food stand, disco tent, party room or just a basic temporary room extension near to your house to give you more space at your venue.

About our Marquees: Our marquees are a nice bright design, white in colour, with clear windows down both sides, so just perfect for any occasion. We always clean our marquees on set-up, so everything looks perfect for your event.

About our Marquee sizes: Our smallest sized marquee is 10ft x 10ft (3m x 3m) and 20ft x 10ft (6m x 3m) our most popular sized marquees are the 26ft x 13ft (8m x 4m) and our largest marquee is 20ft x 20ft (6m x 6m)

About the set-up area: Marquees are best set-up and secured down on grass, we can set-up in most secure venue locations. Marquees can sometimes be set-up on hard standing floor surfaces, but only in enclosed sheltered areas and anchor points are required. Extra charges will apply for hard standing surfaces (quoted per job). If you would like us to check the set-up area and save time you can always send a picture of the venue set-up area by email or by whats app to 07779484151 and we can quickly check and confirm back.

Furniture Hire: We have a wide range of furniture available for hire, furniture can be hired with or without a marquee.

Marquees & Marquee Packages: Marquees can be set-up on their own with just the basic structure or they can be supplied and hired as a package with carpet and lights and also with additional extras, furniture and heating, table cloths, chair covers, balloons etc.

For the complete marquee package you can also hire extra additional items: tables, chairs, cake stands, candy cart, pick n mix trays, pick n mix stand, plus lots more

Marquee packages must be ordered and booked online and any additional extra’s will need to be manually added to your order our end, just write the items required in the 'ANY NOTES’ section on the booking form and we will easily check stock and amend your order this end (pending stock availability).

Parties - Weddings - Anniversaries - Birthdays - Christenings - Naming Days: Hire a Marquee Package with Balloon Decor and our beautiful candy cart. Our traditional Candy Cart can be supplied with or without sweets and can be set-up inside any sized marquee. We offer professional Balloon Decor to transform your marquee and can supply room decor, table cloths, chair covers and all party accessories.

Events - Building - Car Mechanics - Sports - Other Outdoor Projects: We provide marquee shelters for your outdoor school projects, this way the rain will not stop play, you can plan your events without the worry of the weather and book well in advance, or even last minute/short notice. Just send details of your event to us using our quick enquiry contact us form​, special week day rates are available and we can give you referrals from other schools. Sometimes we may need to do a site visit, but we will need a picture of the set-up area sending first.

Children's Party Marquees - Themed Packages - Kids Love to Party! Party Marquees are great fun, we provide packages from a basic standard marquee shelter to a special themed decorated marquee. Themed marquee packages Include helium balloons and other themed party accessories, football, pirate, princess, princess parties and lots more themes are available.

Helium Balloons: Helium balloons attached to long ribbons look fantastic dangling from the marquee ceiling or even helium balloons tied onto the backs of each chair. If you have a party theme idea in mind just give us a call and we will do our best to give you lots of advice and make your event a special day to remember.

Dinner Parties Inside a Marquee: Have you thought of having a dinner party inside a Marquee? A marquee will make a fantastic room extension at any home back garden, our packages can include carpet, lights, tables and chairs and heating is also available. For longer hire periods carpet and lights will only be supplied (not fitted).

We SELL Marquee themed side scene setters: Scene setters look great and will give your marquee a themed professional touch. Scene setters are available without a marquee for house and function room decor or can be supplied or fitted with the marquee package. We have lots of scene setter themes available but we do require 14 days notice to order.

Dinner Parties & Events: Come Dine With Me, Gingerbread House Decorating and Afternoon Teas are very popular Marquee home events and great fun. We can supply tables, chairs, table cloths and chair covers to make your event look amazing. First Class Leisure can transform your next come dine with me, dinner party or special evening meal event and wow your guests.

How to organise your dinner party event: One long table down the centre of the marquee with banquet chairs around looks amazing! serve your food inside food warmers and hot plates (hire or buy from us). If you want to try something different 'Dinner Parties inside a Marquee' are fab! we would well recommend this to anyone, it's like going out for dinner but much cheaper and a way to get the whole family or friends seated at the same time in a more relaxed way so everyone can enjoy together.

Power Supply: Electric power is only required if you hire our globe lights inside the marquee.

Heating: You will require heating inside any size marquee in the colder months to help with condensation and damp, a marquee is just like a house, you apply heating inside the house to keep the house warm and stop condensation. We also recommend dehumidifier for winter marquee hire events.

Set-up Area: The dimensions of our marquees are shown above and on each product item, the hirer must check the floor area space available. We do not set-up equipment on front gardens, we only set-up marquees in secure fully fenced/enclosed/private venue locations/back gardens, unless the event is an organised street party, community or supervised event. Your set-up floor area must be flat with no slopes, raised areas or overhanging items, if you are unsure of the set-up area, just email or whats app a picture to us.

Site Visits: We will only do a site visit if we feel it is really necessary. These days it is so easy to send a picture of the set-up area to us, by email or mobile phone or whats app, so sometimes a site visit is not necessary and also saves us time. It is always best to measure your floor space area first and send the measurements with your picture. If you do not have a phone or email then please ask a friend or family member. If you are unable to send a picture then we will need the set-up area measurements L x W x H and call or text 07779484151

Access into the venue: At the time of booking/enquiry the hirer must inform us of any particularly difficulties regarding delivery and collection i.e: parking, long distance to carry equipment, steps, lifts and any other possible obstructions. Marquees have many sections/parts and be quite heavy to carry, you must tell us the approximate distance from the parking area to the set-up area and provide the shortage distance into the venue.

Quotes: We will always discuss the above with you at the time of any enquiry, we are a professional company with many years experience and we do like to ask questions regarding your event, this ensures there are no problems on the day. If you are not willing to take a few minutes to answer questions or fill in our booking form then First Class Leisure will not be the company for you, we do things correctly and to do things correctly requires time.

Our online booking system makes it impossible for us to give price quotes immediately over the phone, we will always ask you to email/text/use our quick enquiry form first sending your enquiry and event details to us and we will get back to you normally within 24-48 hours with prices, availability and how to book.

Marquees required for events/show grounds/shows/festivals etc are charged prices on our website, per day, plus delivery and any additional charges below.

Delivery will be charged extra for LARGE EVENTS where a lot of equipment is required.

Additional charges are quoted on double delivery/collection to/from your venue and also charged extra per each van Load required P.O.A.

Extra charges will also apply when marquees are set-up on hard standing floor surface areas P.O.A

Extra charges will apply when marquees are joined together P.O.A.

Weather Conditions: We can never predict the weather and weather conditions do change all the time, First Class Leisure will not be liable or refund any marquee/accessories if the weather conditions affect your event of if you are unable to use the marquee/accessories due any weather conditions. We cannot guarantee constant heavy rain will not leak inside the marquee(s) or stop strong winds, rain, snow and other bad weather conditions. If you are hiring marquees in the winter months we recommend you have a back up contingency plan just incase there is heavy snow or extreme bad weather conditions that are too bad for you to use the marquee and also for us to delivery, in these circumstances we would refund monies paid (less the booking fee).

Please note: Prices on our website are book online prices only, bookings taken over the phone will be charged more than prices stated on our website and it will take us 24-48 hours for us to check availability and book/confirm items.
