We now require all new customers to book online, this ensures the items get booked immediately, ensures all the correct details and information comes over to us correctly, so avoiding any mistakes and problems on the day and also saves us lots of time. Our website requires 1-2 days notice for you to make a booking, some products require longer booking times. If you have booked with us before then we will have your details, so you can book by phone, text or face book messenger.

Last minute orders do cause us many problems and most times we will say no or you will be asked to send an image of the garden before we even look into any possible hire. We get lots of calls at last minute and even on the same day from people being let down, if this is the case, you should have booked with our company in the first place. We may not be the cheapest company, but we are professional in the way we run our business and we DO NOT let customers down. We strongly advise to avoid the cheap prices as your event could be a disaster when they don’t turn up or equipment turns up dirty and unsafe.

We prefer customers to book online because it allows us to get the correct booking details.

Hire prices will be more by telephone than the website book online prices, this is due to the time it takes us to complete a manual booking form for you. Please note sometimes items can get booked out whilst waiting for us to check for you, so we do recommend you book online to ensure you get the items.

If you have booked with us before thats great, we will have your details on file.

Can we reserve items by telephone?
No sorry our website LIVE DIARY system does not allow us to reserve or hold equipment/items because anyone could be looking at a product online and making a booking 24/7

Its taking too long to book online or I haven’t got time
Unfortunately you will have to make time to fill in our booking form or answer email questions. To make a booking correctly we need to know all the event details, this is to avoid any problems on the day. If you have not got time then you will need to book with another company and just hope they turn up, provide the correct equipment and operate to our high safety standards.

Once we receive your order
It will normally take us 24-48 hours for us to check and confirm your order booking details, time slots etc, but don’t worry all items will be reserved for you!
