Our website looks difficult to use because we have so many products, but it’s so easy to use and any mistakes can always be amended our end should any problem arise. Our website also allows you to get prices, price quotes and book online for most products 24/7.

Using our booking system will give you the best price and your items will be booked immediately.

If you would like a price quote first then just click on any product item and fill in the price quote form or send an enquiry to us.

Unfortunately our systems do not allow us to check item product item availability or give price quotes immediately over the phone, however we can take your event details and call you back with prices and availability.

  1. To start your order just click on ANY product item shown on our website, from any one of the left hand category buttons. Example: your item could be a bouncy castle, soft play item, package, marquee or something else.
  2. You can add additional items to your order when you go to the booking form, on the next page
  3. Click either BOOK ONLINE (green button) or CHECK AVAILABILITY (red button), both options work the same.
  4. Click on your event date or check any other dates you require.
  5. Select the post code area from the drop down box to calculate the delivery rate for your area (rates will depend on distance to travel)
  6. Click the CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE OUR BOOKING FORM (green button) this will take you to the next page ‘The Booking Form'
  7. You will be asked: Do you wish to add any other equipments to this booking, YES or NO? if yes, just find your product items under in the drop down category headings, i.e: bouncy castles, marquee hire, tables for hire, soft play, action games...... Just click on the additional items you require. If you make a mistake don’t worry we can easily delete items and amend the booking.
  8. Enter your delivery booking details on the booking form, name, address, delivery address, start time, finish time, etc
  9. Press send and the booking form details will immediately come over to us by email and straight into our live diary system, this also means no one else can book the items you have booked.
  10. When your order comes over to us we will check all details and then allocate a delivery and collection time slot to your order, these are pending our availability.


FAQ’s help and advice

Q: My post code will not work on the delivery details section?
A: All you need to do is enter the last 3 parts of the post code in the white box next to the grey shaded box example: Post code WV14 7BW just enter 7BW our booking system already puts the first part of the post code in for you (see the grey box). If you try and put the full post code in the white box it will not work.

Q: Why does the cart not show the equipment items selected?
A: Unfortunately equipment items will not show individually in the cart, it will only add the total items up and give you a total order £ value. If you click the wrong item don’t worry we can easily delete/amend items when the booking form details come over to us or you can always start the order again or just call 07779484151 A good tip is to always have a pen and paper by the side writing down your items and then also checking prices when you are add product items into the cart.

Here are some tips when choosing a hire company:

Remember we lead and other companies often copy and follow us. When choosing a company always check websites, testimonials/reviews, their safety standards, test certificates, Insurance, contact telephone numbers, how fast they reply back to you or do they reply back, images of the actual equipment.

IMPORTANT FOR SAFETY: All bouncy castles MUST be annually safety tested, so we advise you to always check and ask to see the RPII /PIPA test certificate. Annual safety testing is law by HSE, you then know the Inflatable bouncy castles are safe to use. Insurance will be void without a safety test on the Inflatable.


Always get written booking confirmations and pay a booking fee, this is your security that the company will turn up. It may sound good seeing 'no booking fee or deposit required' but what happens on the day when no-one turns up. Do not pay upfront for equipment just to get a cheap price and if a deal sounds too good, then there is probably a reason for this.
