OUR DELIVERY TIMES
Please note our standard delivery time is anytime from 7.45am to arrive by 11.00am (or sometimes 12.00 noon in our busy hire periods) or you can request a set delivery time for Indoor venues. If you require an exact delivery time you must mention this at the time of booking in the any notes section of the booking form or in the preferred delivery time section.
OUR COLLECTION TIMES
Please note our standard collection time is anytime from 5.00pm or earlier if required or you can request a set collection time for Indoor venues. Later collections times are available, from 6.00pm (see later collection time options on the booking form).
Overnight Hire: Available only for secure, fully fenced and private venue locations. If you require an exact collection time you must mention this at the time of booking in the any notes section of the booking form or in the preferred collection time section.
Late Collections: Skittle Alley events and for Marquee hire events our delivery and collection times are very flexible and can be arranged around your event start and finish times.
All delivery and collection time slots must be booking in advance and are pending time slot availability, both delivery and collection times are limited and pending availability.

Unfortunately there are companies operating who do not turn up or cancel bookings at the very last minute and it happens all the time, especially with cheap price companies. Areas we cover will depend on our availability, but your enquiry request to us is very welcome and we will try our very best to assist. For longer distance areas / out of area post codes we are only able to give quotes/prices by email, just email your event details: venue address, event start time, event finish time, type of event, possible item requirements, access into the venue, parking facilities or how much you want to spend, we will get back to you within 48 hours with prices and availability. Day hire rates will apply to longer distance and out of area locations and our website prices will not apply.
We are unable to give price quotes immediately over the phone because each event is quoted on individual requirements, delivery area distance and times. Our website is a 'live booking diary system' so we too have to check the website to confirm availability and quotes. Some areas will have a minimum event order for us to travel long distances, this will depend on your event requirements and how busy we are locally.We only give exact quotes, not rough or estimated quotes, but we guarantee to always get back to you very quickly and normally within 48 hours.

OUT OF AREA: THIS MEANS IF YOUR POST CODE AREA IS NOT LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE, SO THEREFORE NOT ALLOWING YOU TO BOOK ONLINE. YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO EMAIL US FOR A QUOTE - Please do not call us.
We do cover LONGER DISTANCE areas but we would charge a minimum day hire rate. Sometimes this may work out too expensive for your event, however you are welcome to get a venue more close to our address to make the price cheaper or choose get a venue with one of the post codes we cover to reduce the cost.
If we do not have your post code listed on our website then the our out of area/minimum order terms will apply, the cost for this will be an order quote and not an item quote and will cost much more. This does not mean the item you are looking to hire has been charged 3 times as much, or it does not mean the item has been overcharged or over tripled in price, it means to take a van out of our very busy local area we have to cover our costs the order will be the quoted minimum amount to be able to do this.
NOT ALL COMPANIES OPERATE TO OUR HIGH STANDARDS - IMPORTANT SAFETY ADVICE
Do not always book on price, if you are looking around at different hire companies, always check pictures and images on websites and face book pages and look at the equipment condition and set-up areas. See which companies just put one safety crash mat in front of a bouncy castle, this is poor set-up and dangerous. Look to see if any inflatables have been set-up outdoors on hard concrete floor surfaces, this is extremely dangerous if only one sand bag weight is used. These are just a few things to look for when booking equipment and you can soon tell the cowboy companies to the professional run companies.
