On delivery we always wipe and clean our hire equipment, especially the Inflatable's/Toddler items, but you will find not all companies do this, it takes us more time when we aresetting up the equipment, but for hygiene reasons its a very important part of our First Class Leisure service.

With many years trading in the leisure business we often find CHEAP prices from other companies may not always be the best service and best equipment!

All our equipment is cleaned, regularly checked, maintained and PAT tested, and we carry £5m public liability Insurance, this gives you peace of mind and full confidence when using First Class Leisure.

We provide email/written booking confirmations/Invoices/risk assessments are available on our Safety Page and you can contact us any time to check your booking details.

Visual risk/safety assessments are always carried out on site and we will always advise the hirer of any safety concerns.

Wind speed check: For all Inflatables/Bouncy Castles set-up for outside hire First Class Leisure will test the wind speed using our little machine, this way you can be sure the Inflatable/Bouncy Castle is safe to use.

First Class Leisure is not an agency and we do not sub hire our equipment to/from other companies, all our equipment is owned by First Class Leisure.

We can cater from hourly functions, to half day functions, day hire functions (normally approx 5/6 hours), full day hire/plus overnight hire functions, two day hire, multiple day hire, full weekend hire (Saturday to Sunday or Friday to Monday).

Supervised Hire/Unsupervised Hire: This can sometimes be arranged for events where you have no supervision, however hire rates can be expensive because there is much more risk passed over to us. The cheapest way to hire items from First Class Leisure is always with your own supervision, full safety guidelines and operating Instructions/play Instructions are supplied with all our hire equipment, so if supervised correctly and you follow our guidelines then nothing should go wrong.

To get the best price simply use our 'Online Booking System' to check availability of 'Product Items' and 'Hire Charges’ per post code areas or you can call us direct if you wish to speak to us and discuss your event options available. We will need to know as much Information as possible about your event. You can always email these details to us via our 'Contact Us Page'

For price quotes we need to know: Your event date, start and finish times, venue location, what equipment you are looking for, where the equipment will be set-up, grass/hard standing, Indoors or outdoors, type of the event and the age range of people using the equipment. Once we have all your event details, we will get back to you with a full detailed price quote normally within 24-48 hours.
