Hi Lisa, I really felt that I needed to contact you to express my thanks for your professionalism and fabulous customer service over the past 15 or so years.

Yesterday I hired an adult bouncy castle for my daughter's 21st birthday party from a company that I had never used before. The only reason I went with them and not yourselves was because we wanted overnight hire. The service we received was absolutely shocking and while I am extremely disappointed it only highlighted to me what a fabulous, and safe, service you provide.

I contacted the company this afternoon to point out the issues we experienced - filthy inflatable when it was delivered, holes within the castle which after heavy rain caused the surface to be under inches of dirty water, faulty sound system and what I feel to be inadequate anchorage (maximum 3 pegs in the ground for an adult inflatable). The response I received was nothing short of rude which left me even angrier as I'm sure you can imagine!

I just wanted to thank you again and I shall continue to recommend you to any friends looking to book a castle. I shall also ensure that I will never book with anyone else in the future!

Thanks again for all your support and help last weekend, you really did help us out massively. Wolves East District Scout Camp 27th and 28th April Kibblestone Scout Camp, Stone.

Strong winds on the event day forced First Class Leisure to cancel all the outdoor Inflatables due to safety reasons, weather forecast reports and strong wind gusts. We were able to change this order at short notice and offer a package of games, Inflatable basket ball shootout, velcro darts and a skittle alley, all items suitable for the scouts, cubs and beavers to use inside their event marquees, tents and inside the dining room area. Weather checks on the Sunday morning were good, so we were then able to offer the Inflatables for the camp on the Sunday.

Don’t let the weather spoil the day - First Class Leisure were here to save the day!

Hi Lisa yesterday was amazing, thank you so much for supporting and guiding us through our first company event. We really had no idea how the event would go but as the inflatables & games were set up we were able to visualise the layout before waiting to see who would turn up. Everyone was really impressed with the variety of activities on offer and how well organised your company was. Our General Manager in particular was very positive about working with you and the fact that it was a ‘one stop shop’ for everything we needed for the day, it really helped make the event such a success.

Attendance by far surpassed our expectations; we think over 170 people came during the course of the afternoon and every activity was in use providing constant entertainment for the children as they moved around the various areas.

An initial count found that we have raised over £1,500 for the charity which again has shocked us but at the same time has given us the confidence now to do the same again next year and we would have no hesitation in working with you and Dave again.

Please pass on our thanks to Dave and the boys for setting everything up so well, again, this made the day so much easier for us. Look forward to seeing you again next year!

Just to say a very big thank you...... the games were delivered yesterday. I am so pleased with them!!!!! They were not unwrapped for very long before I took the Higher Lower Card Game round to a lovely patient who needs one-to-one supervision. He thoroughly enjoyed playing it and we had to close his side room door because we were all laughing so much!!! I will definitely be passing your details on to my colleague who works in a newly opened Hospital. I think that these games would be enjoyed by many wards/units within a Hospital setting and most definitely in Care Homes! First I would like to thank you very much for going out of your way, pushing the brochure through my letterbox. I was delighted with what I read. I happened to be completely amazed not only by the brochure (and the very decent prices) but also the pleasant nature of your self. You went out your way to help, and may I admit, I did call two other shops after I spoke to you, but neither of them was helpful in the slightest. It was not one of them giving me directions to another shop, it was the other barking at me, ‘informing’ me that they do not do brochures and that I had to go to them to see what I wanted. As I said above, I was very pleased with what was available to your customers.
