We can put soft play outside but only under cover with covered flooring, so you would need to provide a shelter/gazebo/marquee and covered flooring or alternatively you can hire a gazebo/marquee/covered flooring from our company, see our Marquee Hire page for more details.

We DO NOT set-up any soft play items outside without covered flooring because this causes damages/stains to the equipment and also for the hygiene reasons to keep the equipment clean for toddler children to use. Ball Pools with play balls will only be put outside in fully enclosed marquees/gazebos, otherwise the play balls will be all over the garden/floors and get really dirty.

We see lots of companies providing soft play, ball ponds and play balls outside in gardens with equipment on un-covered floors or just on open grass surfaces. You need to ask, why there is no covered flooring, how do they keep their equipment clean, what hygiene policy to they have, what is their cleaning procedure, do they clean equipment when they arrive, are they a proper company, is the equipment clean or dirty or just making extra cash on the side. Always ask and check.

We only provide clean equipment and always clean our equipment when we arrive to your event!
