IMPORTANT - When booking any company always ask to see the bouncy castle safety test certificate for the inflatable and the cable / plug PAT tested electric certificates. If we say no to any enquiry due to safety regulations, then please not run to another company because they say they can do, ALL companies are bound by the same HSE regulations and in the event of any accident you will be liable as the hirer. Please BE SAFE and take note of the important safety guidance given.

All offers must be claimed at the time of booking, otherwise the full hire charge will apply.
Offers/discounts cannot be added to any order once booked.

Our discount offers change from time to time and only offers shown on our website will be valid when making any booking.
Party accessories/supplies/small items/balloons/decor, are all excluded from our discount saver offers.
Offers are only valid for the times stated otherwise discounts will not apply.

Delivery area rates/service charges/set-up charges cannot be discounted.
Some offers do have time limits, these can sometimes be extended and may be subject to an additional fee.

Discount code offered Midweek can only be used on the day offered, if any discount code does not apply to the day and entered for another day, the discount code will be removed when the order is checked.

Multiple Hire: This is where we offer reduced rates if you hire a few items of equipment for delivery to the same venue location, date and times.
Multiple Dates: If you book several dates in advance we will then offer reduced hire rates. If you are a school, charity, community or funded groups etc and you have lots of functions taking place throughout the year, then this is a good way to save extra money, all events must be booked in advance with a 25% booking fee paid per event, the discount will be given and deducted on the final booking date.
Extended Hire: Our hire periods can be arranged to suit all individual events, we can offer a discount for hire periods of more than one day, same terms apply as above multiple hire dates.
Important: If you use discount codes incorrectly the booking will not be accepted and will be cancelled or the discount will be removed or charged accordingly. If you require later collection times after 5pm you must click the option later collection and charges will apply. Discount codes will be removed or changed, if not used as stated or on the day stated. If you cancel your booking due to this reason, the booking fee will not be refunded back, as stated at the time of booking. Any card processing fees for cancellations will be payable by the customer/hirer.
