BOOK ONLINE IS OUR PREFERRED METHOD, THIS ENSURES YOUR EVENT DETAILS ARE CORRECT AND PRODUCT ITEMS GET BOOKED IMMEDIATELY.

Once your booking has been completed, form sent and booking fee received, we will check your booking details, allocate delivery and collection times and send a Booking Confirmation email to confirm. Please allow 24-48 hours for this and always check junk/spam folders.

Christmas themed bouncy castle design. All children will love this medium sized open front bouncy castle. Ideal for Indoor venues with low ceilings. Suitable for both boys and girls up to 1.5m tall.

You will need the following:

Power point within 25m range (each inflatable)
Clear floor space

We supply the following:

Padded safety mats
Safety Instruction sheet

Set-up area: This Inflatable can be used indoors and outdoors and will fit in most back gardens. If the Inflatable is required for outdoor use on concrete floor surface/hard floor surface you must contact us before booking.

Delivery/Collection Times: If you give us a house address your item(s) will arrive between 7.45-11.00am. Home address collections are available between 5-9pm or earlier if required. If you give a venue address you will need to state the exact delivery and collection times required.

Overnight hire: Overnight hire is available at extra cost. Overnight hire is only available in secure fully fenced back gardens and all items are left/hired at your own risk. Next day collections will be from 7.30am and collection time will be confirmed on the booking confirmation.

Booking Confirmation: When you order online you will receive an automatic email to confirm the date/item(s) are reserved. We ask for a booking fee this secures your date and equipment (beware of companies who do not ask for a booking fee they may not turn up). We will check your booking order and you will receive a reply back within 24-48 hours.

We are unable to show every single price variation on our website because we deliver to lots of delivery areas and offer so many different types of equipment. Prices are charged per area, based on distance, event times, venue access details and the exact equipment required. ALL delivery and collection times are estimate only and are not guaranteed until we have checked your booking details and then allocated a delivery time and collection time to your booking order This normally takes us 24-48 hours but sometimes may be longer in our busier periods. We will always try our best to allocate your times required or offer an alternative.

Post Code Areas and charges: Our website will give you a price to deliver to a post code area, prices vary on distance. The further we travel, the more the hire will cost, to cover staff, time, fuel, and cover the distance for 4 ways travel. Post codes are area charges and not delivery charges.

Event times and charges: Collections or deliveries after 5pm are charged more (see later collection options). Later collection charges are not delivery charges, they will be the event charge to cover the late event requirements, our day hire prices will always be cheaper.

We check all bookings, amend any booking and apply missed charges. The website questions should be answered to suit all your event requirements and it is your responsibility to ensure all options are correct at the time of booking. Booking fees will not be refunded if options are missed to avoid paying extra surcharges.

Not paying the booking fee will cause delays and wasted time, this could result in your order being cancelled, delivery and/or collection times not being allocated.

IMPORTANT OUTSIDE HIRE COLD WINTER MONTHS - UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT HIRE BOUNCY CASTLES OUTSIDE FROM 1st NOVEMBER TO 1st MARCH - THIS IS TO KEEP OUR EQUIPMENT CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. IF YOU DO REQUIRE HIRE IN THESE MONTHS THEN YOU WILL NEED TO ARRANGE AN INDOOR VENUE OR HALL TO HIRE FROM OUR COMPANY. INDOOR HALLS AND FUNCTION ROOMS WILL BE WARMER AND HELP TO KEEP OUR EQUIPMENT IN THE BEST CONDITION.

Power Supply: For each Inflatable we supply one electric fan 240v power supply for setup distance approx 25 mtr range, however we can supply longer extention leads if booked in advance.

Surface area: Inflatable’s are suitable for both Indoor or outdoor hire, if set-up on grass we use large metal stakes to secure the Inflatable (see our FAQs Page) If your garden set-up area is grass both sides with pathway down the middle we can setup your Inflatable over a path way, as long as the path is not raised and flat to the grass. If the set-up area is on hard surface floors (Indoors) we use heavy weights/sandbags. The set-up area must be flat with no slopes or raised areas, slight gradients may sometimes be acceptable, if you are unsure just email or whats app a picture to 07779484151 of the set-up area so we can confirm if the area is suitable.

Outdoors on hard surfaces: The Inflatable must be secured down, so for outdoor hard surface floor areas the hirer must provide anchor points, i.e.165kg sand or water per anchor point, Contact Us for more details.

Space required: The dimensions of each Inflatable are shown above, the hirer must check the area space available and take into account any overhanging trees (for outdoor hire) and any hanging down lights or beams (for Indoor hire).

No electric power: Where there is no electric power supply a generator can be hired at an additional cost, however we always recommend electic power for first choice. For large events with multiple items we recommend you contact a local generator hire company and hire a large commercial generator.
