Set-up area: This play park can be hired for indoors and outdoor use, in private back gardens with plenty of flat floor space. This inflatable is ideal for venues with low ceilings.

Important: This item cannot be used in wet weather or rain. If this item becomes wet or there is any rain the mat flooring will be become very slippy and must NOT be used.


Delivery/Collection: If you give us a house address your item(s) will arrive between 7.45-11.00am. Home address collections are available between 5-9pm or earlier if required. If you give a venue address you will need to state the exact delivery and collection times required.

We are unable to show every single price variation on our website because we deliver to lots of delivery areas and offer so many different types of equipment. Prices are charged per area, based on distance, event times, venue access details and the exact equipment required. ALL delivery and collection times are estimate only and are not guaranteed until we have checked your booking details and then allocated a delivery time and collection time to your booking order This normally takes us 24-48 hours but sometimes may be longer in our busier periods. We will always try our best to allocate your times required or offer an alternative.

Post Code Areas and charges: Our website will give you a price to deliver to a post code area, prices vary on distance. The further we travel, the more the hire will cost, to cover staff, time, fuel, and cover the distance for 4 ways travel. Post codes are area charges and not delivery charges.

Event times and charges: Collections or deliveries after 5pm are charged more (see later collection options). Later collection charges are not delivery charges, they will be the event charge to cover the late event requirements, our day hire prices will always be cheaper.

We check all bookings, amend any booking and apply missed charges. The website questions should be answered to suit all your event requirements and it is your responsibility to ensure all options are correct at the time of booking. Booking fees will not be refunded if options are missed to avoid paying extra surcharges.

Not paying the booking fee will cause delays and wasted time, this could result in your order being cancelled, delivery and/or collection times not being allocated.

IMPORTANT OUTSIDE HIRE COLD WINTER MONTHS - UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT HIRE BOUNCY CASTLES OUTSIDE FROM 1st NOVEMBER TO 1st MARCH - THIS IS TO KEEP OUR EQUIPMENT CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. IF YOU DO REQUIRE HIRE IN THESE MONTHS THEN YOU WILL NEED TO ARRANGE AN INDOOR VENUE OR HALL TO HIRE FROM OUR COMPANY. INDOOR HALLS AND FUNCTION ROOMS WILL BE WARMER AND HELP TO KEEP OUR EQUIPMENT IN THE BEST CONDITION.



Power Supply: For each Inflatable we supply one electric fan 240v power supply for setup distance approx 25 mtr range, however we can supply longer extention leads if booked in advance.

Surface area: Inflatable’s are suitable for both Indoor or outdoor hire, if set-up on grass we use large metal stakes to secure the Inflatable (see our FAQs Page) If your garden set-up area is grass both sides with pathway down the middle we can setup your Inflatable over a path way, as long as the path is not raised and flat to the grass. The set-up area must be flat with no slopes or raised areas, slight gradients may sometimes be acceptable, if you are unsure just email or whats app a picture to 07779484151 of the set-up area so we can confirm if the area is suitable.

Hard Standing Floor Surface Areas: If the set-up area is on hard surface flooring, there are safety restrictions our company will follow. You will need to send an image of your garden/set-up area to whats app 07779484151 or email info@ firstclassleisure.co.uk, so we can check and advice options available. The Inflatable must be secured down, so for outdoor hard surface floor surface areas and heavy weights will be required i.e.165kg sand or water per anchor point, Contact Us for more details. Please DO NOT book unless you have contacted us first and we have agreed the set-up area is ok.

Shower/Sun Shade Covers: These are supplied with most of our Inflatable’s, however we always recommend you have a contingency plan in case of bad weather on the event day, i.e: indoor function room, sports hall, church hall, school hall or tarpaulin cover etc.


Space required: The dimensions of each Inflatable are shown above, the hirer must check the floor surface area space available and take into account any overhanging trees (for outdoor hire) and any hanging down lights or beams (for Indoor hire).

No electric power: Where there is no electric power supply a generator can be arranged for events, at additional costs, however, we always recommend electric power for first choice. For large events with multiple items we do have facilities for providing commercial generators, contact us using the website enquiry formwith details of your event.


Overnight Hire / Later Collection Times: If you do require overnight hire then we may be able to add this at additional charge, We try not to offer overnight hire, this is to ensure our inflatables are well looked after, well maintained and are used correctly. If you require the inflatable longer hire, then just choose the later collection option, details and options are listed on the booking form, for you to choose your time required, at additional charge.

Restrictions apply for outdoor hire in the winter months.
IMPORTANT RE OUTDOOR USE! Due to hygiene reasons toddler equipment will only be set-up outdoors on covered clean floor areas or under cover like inside a Marquee or Gazebo shelter.

The best way to hire and use the toddler equipment would be to hire an indoor venue, like a church hall, community centre, function room, or you may have an indoor room or conservatory at your home, you just need clear space with no obstacles around.

CLEAN EQUIPMENT: We often get asked, is the toddler equipment clean? At First Class Leisure we pride ourselves in providing clean equipment, this is very important to us, so on every delivery, all items are cleaned by our staff, so all ready to use for your event.

Important Hard Surfaces: The Inflatable must be secured down, so for outdoor hard surface floor areas the hirer must provide anchor points, i.e.165kg sand or water per anchor point, Contact Us for more details
