Once your booking has been completed, form sent and booking fee received, we will check your booking details, allocate delivery and collection times and send a Booking Confirmation email to confirm. Please allow 24-48 hours for this and always check junk/spam folders.

Children’s skittle alleys are great fun for birthday parties, fun days and events, everyone can enjoy great bowling fun and unlimited bowling. This skittle alley is a perfect size for any indoor function room and will make great entertainment for any children’s party.

When you book a skittle alley from First Class Leisure, we will deliver, set-up and collect back from your venue. Delivery/set-up takes around 15 minutes and collection takes around 10-15 minutes.

Skittle Alleys and portable bowling alleys are very portable, they can be set-up in all different venues locations and are used for Indoor and outdoor events all year round. For outdoor use the floor surface area must be completely flat with no raised areas.

Important for outdoor hire: The hirer must provide undercover facilities, Gazebo or Marquee roof or other shelter etc for outdoor use and for any overnight outdoor hire. We do not allow any cancellations for our skittle alleys for any outdoor event.

We are unable to show every single price variation on our website because we deliver to lots of delivery areas and offer so many different types of equipment. Prices are charged per area, based on distance, event times, venue access details and the exact equipment required. ALL delivery and collection times are estimate only and are not guaranteed until we have checked your booking details and then allocated a delivery time and collection time to your booking order This normally takes us 24-48 hours but sometimes may be longer in our busier periods. We will always try our best to allocate your times required or offer an alternative.

Post Code Areas and charges: Our website will give you a price to deliver to a post code area, prices vary on distance. The further we travel, the more the hire will cost, to cover staff, time, fuel, and cover the distance for 4 ways travel. Post codes are area charges and not delivery charges.

Event times and charges:
Collections or deliveries after 5pm are charged more (see later collection options). Later collection charges are not delivery charges, they will be the event charge to cover the late event requirements, our day hire prices will always be cheaper.

We check all bookings, amend any booking and apply missed charges. The website questions should be answered to suit all your event requirements and it is your responsibility to ensure all options are correct at the time of booking. Booking fees will not be refunded if options are missed to avoid paying extra surcharges.

Not paying the booking fee will cause delays and wasted time, this could result in your order being cancelled, delivery and/or collection times not being allocated.

IMPORTANT OUTSIDE HIRE COLD WINTER MONTHS - UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT HIRE BOUNCY CASTLES OUTSIDE FROM 1st NOVEMBER TO 1st MARCH - THIS IS TO KEEP OUR EQUIPMENT CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. IF YOU DO REQUIRE HIRE IN THESE MONTHS THEN YOU WILL NEED TO ARRANGE AN INDOOR VENUE OR HALL TO HIRE FROM OUR COMPANY. INDOOR HALLS AND FUNCTION ROOMS WILL BE WARMER AND HELP TO KEEP OUR EQUIPMENT IN THE BEST CONDITION.




How much space do we need? For each skittle alley you need to allow approx 9ft width, plus an extra 5ft onto the above lengths, or if you are unsure, just tell us your area space available and we can tell you what size skittle alley will fit best.

How many people for one skittle alley? We recommend a maximum of 30 children per skittle alley, otherwise the children may get bored waiting their turn (20 children would be ideal). We recommend you hire an additional skittle alley if people numbers exceed 30.

Hire Additional Games: Why not hire an additional Side Game(s) for people to play whilst waiting their bowling go, this will also help to generate extra funds.


Disabled ball ramps and children's ball ramps: We offer disabled ball ramps and children’s ball ramps to help participants when playing skittles. These ramps are available with our Skittle Alleys and need to be booked in advance. Contact us for more details
