£20 Cash refundable deposit will be required on delivery for ball pool hire. All Play balls must be re-bagged by the hirer, ready for our collection at the agreed time and then money will be refunded back.

CLEAN EQUIPMENT: At First Class Leisure we pride ourselves in providing clean equipment, this is very important to us, so on every delivery, all items are cleaned by our staff, so all ready to use for your event.

THIS PACKAGE IS FOR INDOOR VENUES or OUTDOOR UNDERCOVER ONLY
We do not allow any soft play to go directly on to grass flooring or uncovered outdoor floor surface areas or events with no under cover, this is due to hygiene reasons and keeping our equipment our equipment in the best condition. If you require this package for outdoor use you must have undercover facilities, marquee or gazebos, use your own or we do hire these. The floor surfaces must be covered and clean and no dog foul. Important: This item cannot be used in wet weather or rain. If this item becomes wet or there is any rain the mat flooring will be become very slippy and must NOT be used.

Soft play and toddler equipment is perfect to hire for indoor venues, like a church halls, community centres, function rooms, or you may have an indoor room or conservatory at your home, you just need clear space with no obstacles around. For indoor venues please allow 30 mins either side for set-up and collection.
