If you have requested a last minute booking or are too late to book online, you are receiving this form because we may be able to offer hire.

PLEASE NOTE THIS FORM WILL NOT BOOK EQUIPMENT IMMEDIATELY - YOU MUST RECEIVE A REPLY BACK BY TEXT OR WHATSAPP TO CONFIRM ANY BOOKING HAS BEEN MADE.

IMPORTANT - If your booking details are incorrect or address details are missing, unfortunately we will not be able to process your order or reserve any items. Both customer address and all venue address details must be correct and all questions answered. If we are unable to process the order, due to incorrect information, any hire will be refused.

If we are unable to offer hire and assist with your event details provided, then we will contact you by text, whats app or email, asap or within 24 hours.

Please note that sometimes late or last minute bookings can be difficult for us to fit into our already busy and planned schedules. If we are able to help, then we will, if we are not able to help then sometimes last minute requests may be refused.
