Set-up area: This Inflatable can be used indoors and outdoors and will fit in most back gardens and indoor venues with plenty of height clearance. Delivery/Collection: If you give us a house address your item(s) will arrive between 7.45-11.00am. Home address collections are available between 5-9pm or earlier if required. If you give a venue address you will need to state the exact delivery and collection times required. This bouncy castle is ideal venues with low ceilings. We are unable to show every single price variation on our website because we deliver to lots of delivery areas and offer so many different types of equipment. Prices are charged per area, based on distance, event times, venue access details and the exact equipment required. ALL delivery and collection times are estimate only and are not guaranteed until we have checked your booking details and then allocated a delivery time and collection time to your booking order This normally takes us 24-48 hours but sometimes may be longer in our busier periods. We will always try our best to allocate your times required or offer an alternative. Post Code Areas and charges: Our website will give you a price to deliver to a post code area, prices vary on distance. The further we travel, the more the hire will cost, to cover staff, time, fuel, and cover the distance for 4 ways travel. Post codes are area charges and not delivery charges. Event times and charges: Collections or deliveries after 5pm are charged more (see later collection options). Later collection charges are not delivery charges, they will be the event charge to cover the late event requirements, our day hire prices will always be cheaper. We check all bookings, amend any booking and apply missed charges. The website questions should be answered to suit all your event requirements and it is your responsibility to ensure all options are correct at the time of booking. Booking fees will not be refunded if options are missed to avoid paying extra surcharges. Not paying the booking fee will cause delays and wasted time, this could result in your order being cancelled, delivery and/or collection times not being allocated.
Power Supply: For each Inflatable we supply one electric fan 240v power supply for setup distance approx 25 mtr range, however we can supply longer extention leads if booked in advance. Surface area: Inflatable’s are suitable for both Indoor or outdoor hire, if set-up on grass we use large metal stakes to secure the Inflatable (see our FAQs Page) If your garden set-up area is grass both sides with pathway down the middle we can setup your Inflatable over a path way, as long as the path is not raised and flat to the grass. The set-up area must be flat with no slopes or raised areas, slight gradients may sometimes be acceptable, if you are unsure just email or whats app a picture to 07779484151 of the set-up area so we can confirm if the area is suitable. Hard Standing Floor Surface Areas: If the set-up area is on hard surface flooring, unfortunately there are safety restrictions, you will need to send an image of your garden/set-up area to whats app 07779484151 or email info@ firstclassleisure.co.uk, so we can check and advice. The Inflatable must be secured down, so for outdoor hard surface floor areas the hirer must provide anchor points, i.e.165kg sand or water per anchor point, Contact Us for more details. Please DO NOT book unless you have contacted us first and we have agreed the set-up area is ok.
Shower Covers: These are supplied with most of our Inflatable’s, however we always recommend you have a contingency plan in case of bad weather on the event day, i.e: indoor function room or church hall plan etc.
