To book this package your venue must have a mixture of grass and hard standing surfaces to use these games. If you do not have any grass at your venue then this package is not suitable and you must book our Fete & Fundraising Indoor Package 13 which includes games suitable for all venues with just hard standing floor surfaces.

Need more games for your event, don't worry we have lots more product items available to make your event look professional and to give the WOW factor fun fair carnival theme. To add extra games to your order when booking online, choose add additional items, tick the games you require and add to your basket from the categories listed. The more games you have will make you more money and attract more people to your event.


Ball coconut game is similar to a coconut shy game but supplied with rubber balls on the stand tops (instead of real coconuts), this is a a more safer version and great for children. The standard coconut shy game is supplied with metal frames and can only be provided for outdoor hire on grass because the stands need to be knocked into the ground. You can still buy coconuts and give the coconuts to the winners (or other prizes) so still keeping to the traditional coconut shy game, it’s your choice.

Items you will need to buy before your event day (see below):

Coconut shy game - buy your own coconuts
- you need to provide your own coconuts.
Coconuts can be purchased from most farm shops and all local supermarkets, for a better price order in advance and bulk buy, even ask them to support your local event and you may get some discount. You can also use other alternatives than coconuts.

No shelter frame is supplied: We DO NOT provide any shelter frame for the coconut shy game, the game is just supplied with just metal stands and the wooden balls. This game can be played on a grassed area in front of a mesh type fencing or you could make your own tarpaulin back drop area.

Extra Lollies - You may need to provide more lollies for your event. A medium event requires around 480 lollies, extra lollies are available at extra charge or you can supply your own but you will need to book these as an additional extra.


OUR TIPS! Prizes - You need to provide all prizes for all the games Good prizes will make the games more popular and will encourage more people to play and then make more money for your event. Your event is only as good as the prizes.

Some games require tables, you can use your own tables or you can hire tables from us, see click here for tables for hire.

We also have chairs for hire, it always good to have some chairs at your event, people like to watch people playing games and standing is sometimes hard and having a few chairs may encourage people to stay longer at your event.

We are unable to show every single price variation on our website because we deliver to lots of delivery areas and offer so many different types of equipment. Prices are charged per area, based on distance, event times, venue access details and the exact equipment required. ALL delivery and collection times are estimate only and are not guaranteed until we have checked your booking details and then allocated a delivery time and collection time to your booking order This normally takes us 24-48 hours but sometimes may be longer in our busier periods. We will always try our best to allocate your times required or offer an alternative.

Post Code Areas and charges: Our website will give you a price to deliver to a post code area, prices vary on distance. The further we travel, the more the hire will cost, to cover staff, time, fuel, and cover the distance for 4 ways travel. Post codes are area charges and not delivery charges.

Event times and charges:
Collections or deliveries after 5pm are charged more (see later collection options). Later collection charges are not delivery charges, they will be the event charge to cover the late event requirements, our day hire prices will always be cheaper.

We check all bookings, amend any booking and apply missed charges. The website questions should be answered to suit all your event requirements and it is your responsibility to ensure all options are correct at the time of booking. Booking fees will not be refunded if options are missed to avoid paying extra surcharges.

Not paying the booking fee will cause delays and wasted time, this could result in your order being cancelled, delivery and/or collection times not being allocated.

IMPORTANT OUTSIDE HIRE COLD WINTER MONTHS - UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT HIRE BOUNCY CASTLES OUTSIDE FROM 1st NOVEMBER TO 1st MARCH - THIS IS TO KEEP OUR EQUIPMENT CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. IF YOU DO REQUIRE HIRE IN THESE MONTHS THEN YOU WILL NEED TO ARRANGE AN INDOOR VENUE OR HALL TO HIRE FROM OUR COMPANY. INDOOR HALLS AND FUNCTION ROOMS WILL BE WARMER AND HELP TO KEEP OUR EQUIPMENT IN THE BEST CONDITION.
