We have some lovely customers and have really enjoyed our business over the years, but need to make some changes.

LATEST BOOKING TIMES: The latest cut off time for bookings, for the next day hire, is now 3pm the day before your event, sometimes 1 full days notice will be required on certain products and more notice will be required on food product items.
After 3pm or without 1 day notice, NO bookings will be allowed.
All hire equipment at present time is available for HOME BACK GARDEN USE ONLY, secure fully fenced back gardens, with side gate access only, following government guidelines and social distancing at all times.
SAFETY/SET-UP: Bouncy castles MUST ONLY be set-up/used on grass only, NO HARD STANDING SURFACES unless there is 163kg of weight per anchor point, thats 6 bags of sand per anchor point! thats 36 bags os sand per castle WOW WOW WOW
AVOID CHEAP: Cheap prices often means they are probably not a declared business with HMRC, they probably have no insurance, no tested equipment, no PAT tested electrics and they are running a business using a personal name (not a business name) often taking money and putting profit before safety. If you have been let down by another company, then you really should have booked with us in the first place. We will no longer keep helping people being let down by other companies, it just causes our company extra work, more stress and lots of hassle and abuse.
